We want you to be confident when you shop LeanVive. This policy outlines returns for customers in South Africa.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided products are unopened, unused, and in original packaging suitable for resale. Opened wellness consumables may be excluded for hygiene and safety reasons unless defective.
Defective or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (South Africa) where they apply to your transaction.
